For packs manufactured in March 2025, the redemption deadline is 31st May 2025.
For packs manufactured in April 2025, the redemption deadline is 15th June 2025.
For packs manufactured in May 2025, the redemption deadline is 15th July 2025.
Scheme is valid only for Retailers buying from DSL Authorised Distributors Only.
Employees, dealers, wholesalers, their immediate family members, agents, and distributors of DSL are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

To participate and further to claim the cash back, such Participant needs to compulsorily register himself/herself on retail.rajnigandha.com directly or by scanning the QR Code and then input the details of Unique Code. Once registered, Participant can log in at any time by scanning the QR Code or directly log in to retail.rajnigandha.com.
If any problem arises while uploading then Participant shall have to submit the complete Scratch Card to nearest authorized distributor or DSL's sales representative at its own expense and keep the copy of the same safe with him/her for further use.
DSL reserves the right to reject the scratch card in the event of any counterfeit, morphed image of Scratch Card is used or mismatch of unique codes are present and decision of DSL shall be final in this regard. Scratch Card once scanned and uploaded on the said website cannot be reused/re-uploaded.
Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or others liability whatsoever connected with this scratch card offer including any Income Tax, GST liability or Gift Tax.
A maximum of 60 Scratch Cards can be used per person, per Mobile Number, per email ID and per account per day. However, you may enter 60 more coupons on the next day.
Cashback Offer is limited upto Rs. 50/- per Scratch Card. All Scratch Cards do not carry Cashback Offer.
The Participant will be responsible for entering its details such as UPI ID/ Bank Details. DSL will not be responsible for non-redemption or rejection arising due to any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once the Participant has submitted the details.
Once total rewards reach INR 8,000, the Participant must submit their PAN card details on the website. Withholding tax @10% will be deducted from the payment in case the winning amount is 20,000 or more. PAN card details is mandatorily required to be provided in such cases, failing which withholding tax will be deducted @20%.
DSL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. All decisions of DSL in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding.
The Prize cannot be exchanged and is not transferable. DSL shall not be responsible (including but not limited to):
Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
If the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/Participant for not receiving promotional messages.
To participate in the Contest, Participant (Retailer/Trade Partner) shall have to:

Sign up with his/her registered Mobile Number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy at retail.rajnigandha.com.
Enter his/her valid Serial No. and Unique Code on the promotional website (retail.rajnigandha.com) to win cashback.
“Contest Products” is defined as select SKUs of Rajnigandha Pan Masala SKUs Intermediary Carton/Box.
This offer entitles the Participant to get cashback on their Bank Account /UPI ID.
The Participant will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.
Any Participant purchasing a Contest Product(s) shall receive a Scratch Card. The Participant shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value assigned on the Unique Code mentioned on the Scratch Card. Cashback is in the denominations of Rs.10/Rs.20/Rs.25/Rs.50. Participant may get “Try Again” also.
The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the Scratch Card and therefore, the amount reflected in the Scratch Card may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
In no event shall DSL be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the Scratch Card including redemption requests not being honoured by the payment processing partner on account of fraudulent activity, wrong mentioning of Account No./UPI ID/Mobile Number details, etc.
The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the Participants’ identity.
Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call, data and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Only one Scratch Card Unique code per redemption will be entertained. Multiple Scratch Card redemption cannot be allowed together. No redemption shall be done on Public or Bank Holidays.
This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of DSL, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, DSL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
DSL cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Scratch Card and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
All disputes concerned with this offer/scratch card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi court only.
By scratching the Card and availing the offer, the Retailer/Trade Partner acknowledges & agrees to the above terms and condition.
